Dillon Eaves
Hello, I am Dillon Eaves. I was on a quest to find my own eccentric style in the world of tattoo. I am now working at Broken Art and my mentor Jeremy Swan duly squashed that quest. Since I was a child I’ve had a fond fascination with tattoos. They were a symbol of freedom, adventure, mystery, and danger and in many ways still continue to be. As I grew older I began to saturate myself in art from all time periods, cultures, genres, and places. It was during this time I became aware of how important of a role art would play in my life. My intrest in tattoos had begun to reignite when I got my first “real tattoo” at Broken Art from Jeremy Swan in early 2006 - I got a taste of what tattooing really could be. From that moment on, I positively knew that I had to become a tattoo artist. I had to work at Broken Art. So after four years of getting tattooed by Swan, I started showing him my latest pieces of art - turning his critique into fuel for my paintings. I became a sponge for everything tattoo related and I was finally given some proving ground. All I can say is that I’ve truly been blessed to have been inducted into such an amazing place with such a high level of artistry. Working side-by-side with the guys at Broken Art will continue to push the limits of my tattoo career.
